A restaurant reservation system that takes no commission
Your guests book on your own site, under your own name. You keep the table, the guest list and the margin — with no commission taken on every cover.
- No commission per cover
- On your site, on your domain
- Data hosted in France
What commission costs you over a year
A marketplace takes a cut of every cover it sends you: the busier your dining room, the bigger the bill. A subscription does not move. Set both sliders to your own numbers.
- Commission per cover
- Croissance subscription
Past 25 covers a month, commission costs more than the subscription — and the gap widens with every cover after that.

| 0 | €0 | €599 |
| 300 | €7,200 | €599 |

| 900 | €21,600 | €599 |
| 1,200 | €28,800 | €599 |
Indicative simulation based on the figures you enter. Real commission rates vary by platform, contract and booking channel. This compares the cost of taking a booking, not the visibility a marketplace brings.
How we set it up
- 01
We add your booking page
The module slots into your site, on your domain and in your colours. Guests never leave your world: no detour through a directory that lists your competitors beside you.
- 02
You draw your dining room
Tables, terrace, floors, lunch and dinner services, average sitting time. You lay the plan out once, by dragging. From then on the system knows what it can accept and what it has to turn down.
- 03
Bookings come in
The guest gets an email confirmation, you get a notification on your phone. The room updates in real time, service after service, with nobody keeping a paper book.
What the system does
Booking software is worthless if it makes you re-enter everything. This one handles the floor plan and table assignment for you.
Editable floor plan
Drag your tables into place with their cover count, indoors or on the terrace, across one or several floors.
Automatic table assignment
Every booking gets the smallest table that fits. You keep control to move a party or open an extra table.
Services and time slots
Lunch and dinner, fixed sittings or rolling times, closing days, last booking accepted — all set per service.
Guests change or cancel themselves
A link in the confirmation email is enough. The table frees itself in your floor plan, without a phone call.
Instant notification
New booking, cancellation, change: you hear about it on your phone and by email, without opening a dashboard.
Five languages
The booking flow exists in French, English, Chinese, Italian and Spanish — which counts as soon as you are in a tourist area.
What stays yours
- The guest list
- Your guests’ names, emails and phone numbers sit in your database, hosted in France, exportable whenever you want. They are not a platform’s customers being lent back to you.
- The direct relationship
- You write to your regulars about a new menu or a closing date without going through an app that decides who gets shown what.
- Reviews on your Google listing
- After the meal, guests are invited to review you on your Google listing — the one that shows up when someone searches for your restaurant — not on a marketplace profile.
- No competitors on your page
- On a directory, your restaurant’s page also displays the restaurants next door. On your own site, the only table on offer is yours.
Frequently asked questions
Is it really commission-free?
Yes. You pay a flat monthly subscription regardless of how many covers are booked. One more booking costs nothing extra. That is the fundamental difference with a marketplace, whose business model rests on a per-cover cut: its revenue rises automatically as your dining room fills up.
How is this different from a booking platform?
They are two different jobs. A marketplace is a directory: it brings visibility among guests who do not know you, and earns on the covers it sends you. We provide the booking tool on your own site: it handles the guests already looking for you — by name, through your Google listing, by word of mouth — and there is no reason those should cost you a commission. Plenty of restaurants keep both and gradually shift direct traffic to their own site.
Do I have to rebuild my website?
Not necessarily. If you already have a site, the booking page can be added to it. If your site is dated or you do not have one, we build it: the site and the booking system are part of the same offer, so there are no two suppliers to coordinate.
How long until my first booking?
Reckon on a few days. Most of that time goes into laying out the floor plan and setting up services: about an hour of conversation with you, because nobody else knows your turnover habits or your closing days.
What happens when a guest does not turn up?
You mark the booking as a no-show and the table frees immediately in the floor plan. Guests also get a cancellation link in their confirmation email, which already removes part of the problem: cancelling becomes easier than simply not coming.
Where is my guest data hosted?
In France, on our servers. You remain the data controller under GDPR; we are the processor. Booking data can be exported and deleted on request, and is sold to nobody.
Let us look at your numbers
