Terms of Use
Last update: April 2026
These Terms of Use ("ToU") govern access to and use of the DigiSolut platform available at digisolut.com and its sub-domains.
1. Purpose
DigiSolut is a SaaS platform for restaurant professionals to manage their online presence, bookings, loyalty and AI-augmented marketing tools.
2. Access
Access to the admin workspace is reserved to restaurant owners who have subscribed to a plan and to team members they invite. Account creation requires a valid email address and acceptance of these ToU and the Terms of Sale.
3. User obligations
- provide accurate and up-to-date information;
- keep credentials confidential;
- use the service in accordance with the law and professional best practices;
- not publish unlawful, defamatory, misleading or third-party-infringing content;
- not attempt to breach the security or integrity of the platform.
4. User content
Users retain ownership of their content (texts, images, menus, descriptions). They grant DigiSolut a non-exclusive, free licence to host, display and distribute it across the service and its sub-domains as needed to operate the service.
5. Intellectual property
The platform, its software components, designs, trademarks and databases are the exclusive property of DigiSolut. No transfer is made under the service; only a personal, non-assignable right of use limited to the subscription period is granted.
6. Availability and maintenance
DigiSolut strives to keep the service available on a best-effort basis. Scheduled maintenance windows may occur and are announced by email or via an information banner whenever possible.
7. Suspension and termination
DigiSolut may suspend or terminate an account, without prior notice, in case of breach of these ToU, fraud, unpaid invoices or behaviour threatening the platform's security. The user may terminate as provided in the Terms of Sale.
8. Limitation of liability
DigiSolut provides the service "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses (loss of business, reputation, or data resulting from user actions). Total liability is, to the extent permitted by law, capped at the amounts paid by the user over the past twelve months.
9. Changes to the ToU
DigiSolut may amend these ToU. In case of a material change, the user is notified at least 30 days prior to the effective date. Continued use of the service beyond that date constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These ToU are governed by French law. Any dispute arising out of their interpretation or performance will be brought, after an amicable attempt, before the competent French courts.
