Cookie Policy
Last update: April 2026
This policy explains how DigiSolut uses cookies and similar technologies on digisolut.com and its sub-domains (customer sites). It complements our Privacy Policy.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by your browser when you visit a website. It allows the site to recognise your device on subsequent visits and to store certain information (preferences, session, analytics).
2. Strictly necessary cookies
Essential to the service, they do not require consent. Examples: session cookie, admin authentication token, CSRF protection, language preference.
3. Functional cookies
They remember your preferences (light/dark theme, language, cookie banner choice) to improve comfort. They are set based on your consent or on legitimate interest when strictly necessary for the personalisation you chose.
4. Analytics cookies
They measure site performance in aggregate (visitors, pages viewed, traffic sources). They are only placed after your consent. We favour privacy-respectful tools (anonymised data, no advertising profiling).
5. Third-party cookies
Some features rely on third-party services, notably:
- Google Fonts, Google Maps (font and map display);
- payment gateway (transaction security);
- Google Reviews (public rating display, without advertising cookies).
These services may set their own cookies in line with their policy.
6. Retention period
Cookies are kept for the minimum time required, generally between 6 and 13 months maximum. Exact durations are listed in the cookie-management banner.
7. Consent management
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept, reject, or customise non-essential cookies. You can change your choices at any time via the "Manage cookies" link in the footer.
8. Browser settings
You can also configure your browser to refuse or delete cookies. Blocking some cookies may degrade the experience or disable certain features.
